What is TRUTH?
The TRUTH about any product can ultimately be found from the source of the product. Jesus said, I am the Truth and the Life. Meaning, ALL TRUTH and everything pertaining to LIFE is found in HIM and in HIS WORD.

So the TRUTH about dressing, health, success, marriage, safety, etc, is what God says it is in His Word; NOT WHAT ANYBODY THINKS IT SHOULD BE. The truth about your very being is what God tells you in his word – if you want to know who you are, listen to what God’s Word says about you.

A lot of people have trouble accepting God’s Word, because, when they look at their present state and then look at what God’s word says, there is a big difference. So they settle for their substandard experience.

Please Hear This:
DON’T DOWNGRADE THE TRUTH, TO MEET YOUR CURRENT STATE BUT UPGRADE YOUR STATE TO AGREE WITH THE TRUTH. Always pay attention to what God is telling you about you in His word:

Ephesians 1:3-4
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Who are you in Christ? And what do you have? Read the above text again: WHO HATH BLESSED US WITH ALL SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS IN THE HEAVENLY.
Notice that it didn’t say, ‘Will bless us’ if we have faith. Or ‘Can bless us’ if we fulfill some requirements. NO. WHO HATH BLESSED US. It’s already done. I AM BLESSED. ALL MY NEEDS ARE MET. I DON’T HAVE ANY LACK OR WANT. I AM THE BLESSED OF GOD. This makes me explode with excitement.

You see, there are a lot of believers who live their lives trying so hard to do this and that so that God will bless them. They want to merit the blessing that is already theirs. They lack the understanding that THEY ARE THE BLESSED. Settle this in your heart: You are already blessed with ALL BLESSINGS in Christ. Glooooory!

How were you BLESSED? I want you to see how your blessings came, so there’s no doubt in your mind that you are indeed THE BLESSED.

Genesis 12:2-3
And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

God had a covenant with Abraham; and in that covenant Abraham will do something and God on his part will bless him and distinguish him among all the people of the earth. That covenant was unto Abraham and his seed(which is Christ). Now, by that covenant, we who believed in Christ came forth. We are the fruits and beneficiaries of that covenant of blessing.
“So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham”. – Galatians 3:9

You inherited a blessing. It’s yours by right. When you get a hold of this, you will see that you can’t even be cursed. It’s like your father is Bill Gates and you inherited his wealth. I AM BORN INTO BLESSING. Do you see why there’s always a glow on my face when I think about this?Gloryyyyy!
The other side of your blessing is that, NO ONE CAN BE AGAINST YOU AND BE SUCCESSFUL AT IT. If God is for you; if the riches of God are yours in Christ; if you are blessed with ALL BLESSINGS in Christ, who can stand against you?

Romans 8:31-34
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

We have not properly understood this. It’s like having a financial case to settle and you go with Bill Gates who just adopted you as a son. You are not afraid of paying the amount. It’s even better: you have the best lawyer with you – Jesus is your advocate. And God, the judge, is also for you. Can it get better than that?

Now, you can understand why Paul asked,
“Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth. Who is he that can condemn you?” ABSOLUTELY NO ONE. YOU HAVE ALREADY WON THE CASE. YOU ALREADY OVERCAME. YOU ARE TRULY BLESSED ALREADY. Hallelujah! Nothing can take you away from this blessing which proceeded out of God’s love for you. Ours is an eternal love story, written before the foundations of the earth.

Romans 8:35-37 TLB
“Who then can ever keep Christ’s love from us? When we have
trouble or calamity, when we are hunted down or destroyed, is it because he doesn’t
love us anymore? And if we are hungry, or penniless, or in danger, or threatened
with death, has God deserted us? No … but despite all this, OVERWHELMING VICTORY IS
OURS THROUGH CHRIST WHO LOVES US ENOUGH TO DIE FOR US”
Many people think Jesus came to condemn them, but the truth is, “He that believes
on him is not condemned” (John 3:18a).

God does not love the way man does: where today he tells you he loves you, and tomorrow he breaks up with you and doesn’t want to see your face again. No. God’s love and blessings towards you is irrevocable. When He told you He has blessed you, it means you are blessed forever and nothing can change that. You didn’t do anything to merit it and you mustn’t do anything to keep it. JUST BELIEVE AND REMAIN IN HIS LOVE AND BLESSING. YOU ARE THE BLESSED!
