1 Corinthians 13:11‭-‬12 AMP When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things. For now [in this time of imperfection] we see in a mirror dimly [a blurred reflection, a riddle, an enigma], but then [when the time of perfection comes we will see reality] face to face. Now I know in part [just in fragments], but then I will know fully, just as I have been fully known [by God].

TRANSFORMATION is when you no longer talk like you used to, you no longer think and understand like you used to. Why? Because your WORDS and DEEDS are a reflection of your maturity in the Lord.

If after so many years in the Lord, you are still talking recklessly like you used to before you were born again, then I am sorry, you are not growing.  Yes, you are in Christ, but Christ is not being formed in you. And you know, sadly, Christian maturity is not how long you have been in church. You could be born again and be in church for 20 years and still be a babe in Christ if you are not engaging the principles of growth in the Lord.

I have heard people say, “As for me, that is who I am. Take me as I am.”. That’s irresponsibility speaking right there. THAT’S NOT WHO YOU ARE. When you were born again, you were born after the image of Christ. Now; That image is WHO YOU TRULY ARE. So stop holding on to all these stinking imperfections and let the spirit of God transform you through the Word of God into this Glorious Image of Christ. That FULLNESS OF CHRIST should be the image you have of yourself…and you will attain it in Jesus name. Amen! Blessed are your ears for hearing this. Hallelujah!
