Matthew 23:27‭-‬28 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men’s bones and all uncleanness. Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.

We are a MAKE-UP GENERATION – full of pretense and hypocrisy and dissimulation. Instead of coming naked to the Lord with our defects in order to receive permanent help, we will rather conceal it with make-up.

Jesus said,

“For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men’s bones and all uncleanness.”

Yeah! We will wear long white robes and sing tearfully but underneath the robes are all kinds of perversions. We will wear bright colorful suits with ties and preach powerfully but to God they are dead messages because the preacher’s private life is far away from what he preaches.

Titus 1:16 describes this as,

“They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.”

God help us!

WHY ARE YOU COVERING WHAT CAN BE REMOVED? WHY ARE YOU CONCEALING A DEFECT THAT GOD WANTS TO TAKE AWAY FROM YOU? WHY DON’T YOU COME OPEN AND NAKED TO THE THEATRE ROOM OF GOD AND SEE HIM PERFORM AN IRREVERSIBLE SURGICAL OPERATION ON YOU. I promise you, you will be cleansed, and all the spots and wrinkles will be removed. There is no physician like Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!
