John 14:9-10 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
Many years ago, Jesus stood and declared to all saying, “I and my Father are one.” – John 10:30-32.
Then the Jews took up stones to stone him.
The beautiful thing is that, Jesus actually involved you and I in His oneness with God. He said,
“And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me. – John 17:22-23”
He’s talking about You and I. Through the Holy Spirit, the Father and the Son have taken their abode in us. WE HAVE BECOME UNITED WITH DEITY.
By identification with Jesus, I can also boldly say, “I AND THE FATHER ARE ONE”. The religious people today, will say we are blaspheming. How can you being a man equate yourself to God? Well, that was the same thing they said of Jesus. The introduction of Christ into our hearts made us into a different creation – a new creation. We received ‘GODNESS’ into us. I AM ONE WITH THE FATHER THROUGH THE SPIRIT. Glooooory!
GRACEFUL MORNING
