Proverbs 3:1 My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments
James 1:23-25 AMP For if anyone only listens to the word without obeying it, he is like a man who looks very carefully at his natural face in a mirror; for once he has looked at himself and gone away, he immediately forgets what he looked like. But he who looks carefully into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and faithfully abides by it, not having become a [careless] listener who forgets but an active doer [who obeys], he will be blessed and favored by God in what he does [in his life of obedience].
YOUR IDENTITY GOES BEYOND YOUR FEELINGS AND YOU MUST KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. As a child of God, your true identity is what your creator shows you in His word, and it doesn’t matter how differently you look outside or how you feel about it.
Unfortunately, many people suffer from IDENTITY CRISIS. They take on new identities due to their fleeting feelings.
In today’s world, a person can identify as anything they feel like.
If a woman feels like a man, she dresses like a man and identifies as a man – she is called a TRANSGENDER MAN.
If she identifies as a woman – she is called a CISGENDER WOMAN.
If a man feels like a woman he can also identify as a woman – he is called a TRANSGENDER WOMAN.
If he identifies as the man he is – we are supposed to call him a CISGENDER MAN.
Then if anyone doesn’t feel like it, they can choose not to identify with any gender, they are neither male nor female – they are called AGENDER people.
Then someone can also identify as both female and male if they feel like it – they are called BIGENDER. And the list goes on and on.. there is TRANSRACIAL, TRANS -ABLED, TRANS-AGED, TRANS-SPECIES, etc.
So much CONFUSION and IDENTITY CRISIS in our world, and I am sure I have probably mixed up the terms. But before you start berating them, ask yourself, “In what ways am I confusing my identity on the basis of my feelings?”
“What has God said about me, that I am proclaiming the opposite of, due to how I feel?”_JUST THINK ABOUT THAT. Have a blessed weekend in Jesus name. Amen!
GRACEFUL MORNING
