Romans 15:1-3 We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves. Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up. For even Christ did not please himself but, as it is written: “The insults of those who insult you have fallen on me.”
I once read a very beautiful poem written by E.W Kenyon on love. As we conclude our exciting journey on understanding love, I want you to carefully read it and enjoy it too:
There is a love that can stand the test of modern life;
There is a love that will enable us to love the unlovely and the disagreeable and the hateful;
There is a love that will lift us up into God’s class where we love the ungodly and the unworthy;
There is a love that will make us just like the master so that we would not only live for men, but also die for them;
There is a love that will enable us to love them when they are doing all they can to injure us;
There is a love that will whisper, ‘forgive them, for they know not what they do’;
Yes, there is a love. If you are a new creation, you have found this new kind of love.
I TRUST THAT YOU HAVE BEEN BLESSED BY THE LOVE EXPOSITION BROUGHT TO US BY THE HOLY SPIRIT. LET THIS LOVE BE YOUR LIFE. Hallelujah! Amen.
GRACEFUL MORNING
