Philemon 6 That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
By virtue of what Jesus came to do for us, He has brought us to a place and made us something, which is totally different from what we used to be. You might have been a thief, a fornicator, a bad person, but Jesus brings you newness of life. You have been born anew into a new world and a new life. Paul says in Corinthians that WE HAVE BECOME A NEW CREATURE; THAT’S A NEW SPECIES OF BEING. Indeed the old life is passed away.
One of the most tragic things to happen to the believer is, TO LIVE AND NOT KNOW WHO YOU ARE, WHERE YOU ARE, WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN, and WHAT YOU CAN DO. Don’t live that way.
Many live defeated lives all year long though Christ has already made them Victors. And the success or failure of your year will be determined by how well you apprehend what Christ has made you. But thanks be to God, by the Spirit of God, this year we will learn ALL THE BEAUTIFUL THINGS THAT GOD HAS GIVEN US IN CHRIST.
Say with me, “I am not ignorant of any good thing in me in Christ. I am daily enlightened to the riches of my inheritance in Christ, so I live a victorious Christian Life. My 2023 is GLORIOUS because Christ has gone ahead of me and prepared my path and made it beautiful.” Hallelujah! Amen!
