Romans 8:16-17 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Salvation, which is your union with the Godhead is the best thing that ever happened to any man, even though many don’t know it yet. Jesus Christ is so loving that in the salvation package, he doesn’t withhold anything from us. He gave us everything he is and has.

We have actually become JOINT-HEIRS with Him. Do you know what that means? Have you ever had a joint bank account with someone? Or have you seen it being operated before? Basically, EVERYONE OWNS EVERYTHING in that account. It’s a TOGETHER ACCOUNT and there’s no primary or secondary holder. Everything Jesus has is ours and everything we have is His. Wow. Can you ask for anything more?

This is why some mothers are so protective of their rich sons and find it difficult to let them be joined to another woman as wife. Because essentially, whatever that man has becomes legally hers as well. The beautiful news for you is that, GOD HAS ACCEPTED YOU INTO HIS FAMILY BY YOUR UNION WITH CHRIST. JESUS HAS SHARED ALL HIS GLORY WITH YOU. YOU ARE A JOINT-HEIR. Glory to God.
