Matthew 13:36‭-‬39 Then Jesus sent the multitude away and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him, saying, “Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field.” He answered and said to them: “He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels.

Jesus explained that,

‘Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.’ -Matthew 13:40‭-‬42

This is the 3rd stage, the HARVEST STAGE, where both the wheat and the tares have fully grown and come to an appropriate end of their nature and works.

The Lord Jesus, often delays judgement until the very end, given each person sufficient time and grace to repent and be saved.

This is why the Bible says,

“The Lord is longsuffering to us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9)

You cannot pass just judgement on a thing or person when you only see part of the thing, or part of the person’s life. YOU DON’T HAVE THE RIGHT TO JUDGE ME WHEN YOU HAVEN’T SEEN MY WHOLE LIFE. That judgement will be inconclusive and hence unjust or unfair. This is why, the Lord gives ample and sufficient grace for all before passing his judgement.

This is why 1 Corinthians 4:5 says,

“Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.”

DON’T PASS HASTY JUDGEMENT; THE END SHALL REVEAL IT ALL. Hallelujah!
