Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Colossians 3:3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

So how do you walk after the Spirit and not after the flesh, thereby building with silver?

Paul explains that, by reckoning yourself really dead to sin and alive to God in such a way that even though you are living, it’s not you who is living. But the spirit of Christ is the one living in you. Your body/soul might have some sinful desires that it wants to do from the desires of your dead OLD MAN, but you shouldn’t obey it. You should follow after the Spirit of God in you. But how do you do this really?

“Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it. For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the MISDEEDS of the body, you will live.  For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.” – Rom 8:12‭-‬14

That your old husband is dead, so decide to stop obeying his dead desires. Let your OBLIGATION be to your NEW HUSBAND. CHOOSE TO BE LED BY THE SPIRIT AND NOT BY YOUR FLESH because you are born of the Spirit. Hallelujah! Glooooory!
