Isaiah 40:11 He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.
Acts 20:29, 31 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.
Don’t be a wolf, be a Shepherd. The Good Shepherd does not take advantage of the flock. But rather, he labors to look for green pastures and still waters for the flock. You also, labor in the Word of God, labor in prayer, commit time to teach God’s word to others.
Every day and every night, continuously for 3 years straight, Paul said he was warning and teaching the people with tears. Isn’t that Amazing? Everyday for 3 years! Man of God, can you do that? That is what we try to do in laboring to bring you God’s word everyday through this channel.
Why will Paul be in tears in warning and teaching the people everyday? Because he understood The Accountability Of The Shepherd.
“Therefore I testify and protest to you on this [our parting] day that I am clean and innocent and not responsible for the blood of any of you. For I never shrank or kept back or fell short from declaring to you the whole purpose and plan and counsel of God. -(Acts 20:26-27 AMPC)”
Remember that the task of teaching someone is not only for Pastors, but for every believer. That is the Great Commission, to go and make disciples of all nations, and teach them. THIS INCLUDES YOU, and you will always find someone around you who you can be a blessing to.
THE SHEPHERD FEEDS THE FLOCK, BUT THE WOLF FEEDS ON THE FLOCK. BE A SHEPHERD AND NOT A WOLF.. Shalom!
July is going to be a month of divine abundance for you in Jesus name. Amen!
GRACEFUL MORNING
