Revelations 19:7-8 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

THE CHURCH IS NOT YET THE BRIDE OF CHRIST – WE ARE PRESENTLY THE BODY OF CHRIST(by now, you understand what I mean by ‘body of Christ’, by virtue of us being formed out of Him)..

And for the Body to become the Bride, she must make herself ready by growth in all things into the full expression of THE HEAD, who is Christ.

This is why, it is not over after you are born again. Your personal mind or soul must be RENEWED through the Word of God, to think like the Mind Of Christ(Romans 12:2). This is only when your conduct and way of life will be in sync with the HEAD who is Christ.  This is how you will begin to walk and talk like Christ – thereby adding yourself to the BRIDAL TEAM.

Make no mistake about it, THE CRITERIA FOR INCLUSION TO THE BRIDE OF CHRIST IS YOUR READINESS OR PREPAREDNESS. It is not automatic, my dear friend. The important question then is: ARE YOU MAKING YOURSELF READY? Selah!
