2 Corinthians 1:19‭-‬20 For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us—by me and Silas and Timothy—was not “Yes” and “No,” but in him it has always been “Yes.” For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.

Today, in the new testament, there are hardly any promises of God for the child of God. What I am saying is that, THERE ARE NO MORE PROMISES FOR YOU THE CHILD OF GOD WHO IS IN CHRIST. All the promises have been fulfilled in Christ, that is why Christ is the confirmation of the promises of God (Romans 15:8)

So when you hear a preaching that tells you “God will fulfil his promises to you, He will not let you down,” well, it’s probably because of your human frailty, which needs some encouragement and talking up. But the truth of the matter is, THERE IS NO SUCH PROMISE ANY LONGER.

There were many promises from the old covenant to the new, but when Jesus Christ came he accomplished them all. So the Bible says, No matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. CHRIST IS THE FULFILMENT OF ALL THE PROMISES OF GOD.

Hallelujah! The day you get a hold of this is the day your faith walk becomes truly activated. You will understand what it really means to enter into his rest. Be blessed Child of God.. and be at peace for Christ has overcome the world for you. Praise God Forevermore!
