Colossians 1:16‭-‬18 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy.

Why would Jesus judge the world? And how did He become superior to all persons and all creation?

Because Jesus made the world. All Things were made by Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.(John 1:3)

Yes we read that in the beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth. Jesus Christ is that God in creation. Infact, there are three very important things you must know about the relationship of Jesus and creation:

1. Jesus is the AGENT/SOURCE of all creation

2. Jesus is the SUSTAINER of all creation

3. Jesus is the END-GOAL of creation

What do I mean?

He is the Alpha, and from Him everything else proceeded forth. He created everything in Heaven and on Earth: He created the sun, the mountains, the sea; he created the angels including Lucifer; He created the soul and the spirit; He created life and death. All things visible and invisible were made by Him

In Him all things hold together; meaning all the systems and laws and principles that govern the Heavens and the Earth operate by Him. He is the Wisdom behind gravity. The centripetal and centrifugal forces that keep the Earth in perfect orbit is Him. All the laws of nature take their orders from Him. HE SUSTAINS ALL THINGS. Wow!

Lastly, All things were created for Him. He is the GOAL of creation – the OMEGA. We exist for Him, and in the end all things will end in Him.

Now tell me if you know of any other being who is more qualified to judge the world! AND IF THIS LORD OF CREATION LIVES IN YOU, HOW CAN YOU EVER BE DISADVANTAGED. SHOUT FOR JOY, BELOVED, FOR THE GREATER ONE LIVES IN YOU SO YOU ARE MORE THAN A VICTOR. Hallelujah!
