Titus 1:2-3

In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour;

Your understanding of Truth will make a Victor out of you in any given situation. Settle this in your heart today: WHAT YOU HEAR, SEE OR FEEL IS NOT THE TRUTH. The WORD OF GOD ALONE(personified in JESUS CHRIST) is TRUTH. Praise God! So for anything to qualify as TRUTH, it must agree with THE WORD.

What if you have received or heard God’s word on an area of your life, but all you are presently seeing does not affirm that word? You are hearing opposite report to God’s word. Is the Word of God false then? Did God lie? We know IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD TO LIE. If God’s Word is the truth, then it means what you are seeing, hearing or feeling, which is opposite to God’s word is false. Your senses can actually mislead you. But that’s mainly the problem with most of us: we believe our senses more than we believe God’s Word. That’s the problem.

This week, may the Truth of God’s Word Through His Spirit be our firm and sole foundation in Jesus name. May we believe the Word more than our senses. AMEN!
