Matthew 5:10-12 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

For Christ’s Sake/For Jesus’ Sake/For His Name’s Sake. That should be your greatest motivation and intent for doing things. In all you do, Find a CHRIST REASON for it – for there’s no greater cause to live for in this life.

Jesus said, those who suffer for Righteousness Sake shall be rewarded, but those who suffer for MY(Jesus) SAKE shall receive Great Reward. Can you see those two are not on the same level?

You will hear someone say, “Yesu nti”. Meaning, they could have insulted back; They could have taken an action, but they won’t because of Jesus. That’s it.

In Matthew 19:29,

Jesus said, ” And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.“

What have you lost because of Christ? What have you given up in order to lay hold of Christ? Is it a land, a house, money? What does your eternal spiritual track record say? Some of us lost parents and family when we made a decision for Christ – we were literally disowned. Paul said, “We are fools for Christ’s sake” – 1Cor 4:10

Be of good cheer beloved, for everything you have endured and given for Christ’s sake, you will receive a hundredfold and not only that – but GREAT REWARD IN HIS ETERNAL KINGDOM at His coming. Don’t be disheartened, but let CHRIST be your motivation to do more and give more. Hallelujah! March brings good tidings unto you. Say AMEN!
