Psalms 45:13-15 AMP Glorious is the King’s daughter within [the palace]; Her robe is interwoven with gold. She will be brought to the King in embroidered garments; The virgins, her companions who follow her, Will be brought to You. With gladness and rejoicing will they be led; They will enter into the King’s palace.
LIFE IN CHRIST IS LIKE A FASHION SCHOOL, AND WE ALL ARE SEAMSTRESSES.
There is a difference between the Inner Glory and the Outer Glory. The inner has to do with the Righteousness of God which you receive when you believe in Jesus through the Gospel. But the outer is wrought in the spirit by your hands as you practice righteousness. It’s what the Bible calls the ‘Righteousnesses of the saints.’
I have said this many times, that it’s not enough to shout that you have the righteousness of God in you. It must show in your actions, works and deeds. And as you are outworking your righteousness by doing acts of righteousness, you are sewing your own outer garment of righteousness spiritually – in raiments of needlework.
The believers are the virgins the psalmist talks about in Ps 45 above, and everyone shall appear before the king dressed in their outer garment sewn as a direct reflection of the GOOD WORKS done in Christ. Question is: WHAT STYLES ARE YOU SEWING? WHAT DESIGNS AND EMBROIDERY ARE YOU CRAFTING? HOW ARE YOU OUTWORKING THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN YOU? Selah! Selah! Selah!
GRACEFUL MORNING
