1 Corinthians 13:7 Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening].

Proverbs 17:9  He who covers and forgives an offense seeks love, but he who repeats or harps on a matter separates even close friends.

LOVE REALLY DOES COVER OFFENSES AND MISTAKES. What did Jesus do when He was falsely accused, insulted and slandered? The Bible says, “He answered nothing”.

‘And while He was being accused by the chief priests and elders, He answered nothing. Then Pilate said to Him, “Do You not hear how many things they testify against You?” But He answered him not one word, so that the governor marveled greatly.’-Matt 27:12‭-‬14

Jesus was ready to cover the sins and offenses done against him, forgive it, and even suffer by dying for it. He left us the love example to follow. And not only an example to follow, but He has put His Life and His Love in us – giving us the blueprint to follow and the ability to do same. ‘LOVE BEARS UP UNDER ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING THAT COMES… LOVE ENDURES ALL THINGS.’ Many wrongs and offenses were done unto Jesus but he remained silent in love, unto death. IN THE END, LOVE WON IN THE RESURRECTION. DIDN’T IT? LOVE WILL WIN IN YOUR CASE. Hallelujah!
