Matthew‬ ‭5:9‬ ‭Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God.

‭‭James‬ ‭1:19‭-‬20‬ ‭So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.

The aura of PEACE is one of the attributes of the spirit which the child of God must bear. You must be known for peace, not for violence.

The spirit of Christ is a spirit of peace and the true sons of God manifest that peace. One lady said to me, “As for me, I am hot tempered. When I get angry nobody can calm me down. That’s my temperament”. I said, no sister, you are a daughter of God and you must have temperance and a peaceful spirit. Whatever temperament you think you have, God’s word was given to correct and transform you into the likeness of Christ. Any attribute you have which does not conform to the character of Christ must be surrendered to the cross of Christ and a newness of life picked from His resurrection.

We all have aspects of our humanity which doesn’t conform to the character of Christ. And that’s why Jesus came to impact his life and his spirit unto us. The moment you begin justifying and glorifying that defective character, you are not helping your own transformation.

There’s no defective character that Jesus cannot change. I have seen very hot tempered people become very cool headed and changed by God’s word. I have seen very shy stammerers become God’s mouthpiece of deep Revelations of the spirit. No matter who you are and what your temperament is, Jesus can transform you into the image of his glory if you let him. Hallelujah. Have a beautiful day in Jesus name. Amen!
