Ezekiel 34:10 Thus says the Lord God : “Behold, I am  against the shepherds, and I will require My flock at their hand; I will cause them to cease feeding the sheep, and the shepherds shall feed themselves no more; for I will deliver My flock from their mouths, that they may no longer be food for them.”

Jesus Christ is the Chief Shepherd; He is the Good Shepherd; He is The Great Shepherd; And He is also called the Shepherd of Souls. When He entrusts a soul into your care to shepherd – whether it’s just one person you are shepherding, or a congregation of 20 or millions; you must be diligent to FEED and TEND the flock.

There is a grave matter happening:

Where the shepherds who are supposed to be feeding the flock, are rather feeding on the flock. There are shepherds who domineer over the flock; they extract the best things from the flock and spend it upon themselves. It’s so sad. So the Lord said in

Ezekiel 34:2‭-‬3 AMP

“Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel. Prophesy and say to them, the [spiritual] shepherds, ‘Thus says the Lord God , “Woe (judgment is coming) to the [spiritual] shepherds of Israel who have been feeding themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flock? You eat the fat [the choicest of meat], and clothe yourselves with the wool, you slaughter the best of the livestock, but you do not feed the flock.”

I tell you the truth, you won’t continually have your way. JUDGEMENT IS COMING UPON ALL SUCH SHEPHERDS. You will start losing the flock and you wouldn’t know why? The Lord said, “I will cause them to cease feeding the sheep; I will deliver My flock from their mouths, that they may no longer be food for them.”

If you are a sincere shepherd at heart, this is A Divine Warning For You. REPENT, FOR THE FLOCK IS NOT YOURS BUT THE LORDS. Grace and Peace to you!
