1 John 4:9-10 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

This LOVE STORY is sweeter than Cinderella’s or Snow White’s and must be told again and again all over the world. The love story of God sending his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, JESUS CHRIST, to leave his throne of glory, and take the form of a servant, and suffer the punishment and sufferings of a criminal, unto death, so as to save his mankind from death, and give him life eternal. Wow!

This is the beauty of Christmas. It’s love demonstrated in the highest form.

Jesus Christ became the propitiation or appeasement or payment for our sins. And this is the reason why he came. This is why he was born.

“The saying is sure and true and worthy of full and universal acceptance, that Christ Jesus (the Messiah) came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am foremost.”

1 Timothy 1:15

Never lose sight of why Jesus came, and why we celebrate Christmas. It’s the greatest love story ever told, and should be taught in schools, on the streets, at the market centres, and everywhere. Why don’t you tell it to someone today. Hallelujah!
