Ezekiel 18:23,32 Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord God: and not that he should return from his ways, and live? For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.

Many have misunderstood our LOVING FATHER. You must know God for who He is… Don’t take people’s assumptions and thwarted perceptions of God. Study the Word of God and know God for yourself. Today, when you turn everywhere on social media platforms you see a myriad of opinions and expressions about God.. some of which are merely people’s ideas and never a true depiction of God.

People portray God as an angry and vengeful Lord up there, ready to rain thunder and fire on people. A thousand times NO. That’s not MY FATHER. He is so loving, He doesn’t even want the wicked to die in their sinful state. So He came down himself in the person of His son, Jesus Christ, to redeem man and rebirth man anew.

That is why the Lord asks in Ezekiel:

Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? And not that he should return from his ways, and live?

Now He extends the call to EVERYONE to simply BELIEVE and LIVE. He says WHOSOEVER believes should not perish but have life eternal (John 3:16). That’s the BREADTH of our father’s love – it extends to everyone no matter who you are or where you are. He leaves no one out. Hallelujah to Jesus!
