Ephesians 1:3-4 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, WHO HATH BLESSED US with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Who are you in Christ? And what do you have? Do you know? Read the above text again: WHO HATH BLESSED US WITH ALL SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS IN THE HEAVENLIES.

Notice it didn’t say, ‘Will bless us if we have faith’. Or ‘Can bless us if we fulfill some requirements’. NO. WHO HATH BLESSED US. It’s in the past tense – meaning it’s already done.  I AM BLESSED. ALL THAT I WILL EVER NEED IN MY LIFE THE LORD HAS SUPPLIED. I DON’T HAVE ANY LACK OR WANT. I AM THE BLESSED OF GOD. That’s the mindset you must have.

You see, there are a lot of believers who live their lives trying so hard to do this and that so that God will bless them. They want to merit the blessing that is already theirs. They lack the understanding that THEY ARE THE BLESSED.

You have to understand that blessing is a state of heart and a state of mind. When one truly understands that truth, the fruits of blessings like money, property, good friends, etc will gravitate in your direction. You must understand and accept your STATE OF BLESSING. That is why poverty is a mindset; It doesn’t matter how much millions you give to a man who is poor in mind, he will return to nothingness in no time, just as the pig returns to the dirt.

Settle this in your heart, Child of God: YOUR FATHER GOD IS THE MONARCH OF THE UNIVERSE, AND YOU ARE HIS SON OR DAUGHTER. YOU CANNOT BE POOR. You are already blessed with ALL BLESSINGS in Christ. Shout Glooooory!
