Revelations 19:7-8 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself READY. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

The marriage of the lamb has come; AND HIS WIFE HAS MADE HERSELF READY.

In the grand scheme of things, God’s eternal plan for all the ages is MARRIAGE. Yes, you heard me right. God’s plan all along is the marriage of His son, Christ Jesus, to his would-be bride, The Church.

But for this Union to happen, the bride needs to make herself ready. She needs to dress herself in a clean and white fine linen – which is the Righteous Acts Of The Saint – not just the Righteousness of God in you. The GOOD WORKS you do after you are born again, HOW you do it, and WHY you do it, all culminates in the sewing of your outer garment/gown. And this is what qualifies or disqualifies you from being a part of the bride of Christ.

Remember, He is coming for a bride without spot or wrinkle, or any such thing:

“That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.” – Eph 5:27

Are you a part of the bride of Christ? Well, it’s not a confession to make – it’s by your readiness. HOW READY AND PREPARED ARE YOU? What garment are you sewing by your deeds of righteousness? Selah!
