John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Romans 5:17 For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.
ETERNAL LIFE IN CHRIST IS AN ABUNDANT LIFE – it’s very fabric and nature creates prosperity and riches wherever it goes. That’s the proposition Jesus was making when He said, “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly”
Which is why, I am amazed when someone says we are preaching a prosperity gospel when we say “God wants man to prosper and be rich”. Let me ask the opposite, “Do you really suppose that God wants man to be poor and miserable upon this earth?” Do you? You will think that those who fight this teaching do want to be poor, but none of them want to be. And truly so, because the very nature of LIFE is for increase and abundance.
You see, LIFE is always seeking avenues to grow and prosper and cover grounds. To attach poverty to life is merely a contradiction of terms. It means to set up life to fight against itself, which cannot be. LIFE MUST PRODUCE MORE LIFE, AND NOT DEATH. When you plant a seedling of grass in a field of dead grass, and observe it over time, you will find that the initial sprouts will keep multiplying and pushing away the dead grass until the entire field is covered with lively green grass, if conditions are favorable. It’s simply a life-principle at work.
WHEN GOD GAVE YOU ETERNAL LIFE, HE PUT THE VERY LIFE-PRINCIPLE OF RICHES AND PROSPERITY IN YOU. IF YOU UNDERSTAND AND PROPERLY APPROPRIATE THIS, YOU CAN NEVER BE POOR. You are blessed Child of God. Hallelujah! Have a glorious day in Jesus name.
GRACEFUL MORNING
